The little beads of ear seeding are making big noise in the wellness world

What is ear seeding?

“Ear seeding is a needle-free branch of auricular acupuncture,” Dr Jasmine Modi, a Mumbai-based senior acupuncturist, tells India Today, adding, “Instead of fine needles, small seeds, traditionally from the vaccaria plant, or tiny beads are taped to specific ear points. Pressing them stimulates those points, much like reflexology.”
